What is Care Management?

A Certified Geriatric Care Manager is a professional with specialized training in managing the care of older adults. They assess and coordinate healthcare, provide support for families, address social and emotional needs, and ensure a comprehensive and personalized care plan.

Some long-term care insurance policies cover care management services.

If the family are not available to provide the care necessary to meet needs of the clients due to not living locally, time constraints or to other circumstances, or if there is no family present.
