Kathy is a highly qualified and accomplished healthcare professional with a strong background in Occupational Therapy and Geriatric Care Care Management. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to providing exemplary care to individuals across the lifespan, Kathy has become a respected expert in her field.
Throughout her career, Kathy has been a dedicated advocate for her clients, ensuring they receive personalized care. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development reflects her passion for staying abreast of industry advancements and best practices.

Chris Skillicorn
Chris Skillicorn hails from the Isle of Man “The Jewel of the Irish Sea!” nestled in between England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Chris moved to Edinburgh, Scotland to pursue a career in the hospitality industry, as he always knew from a young age, that people were his passion. The hospitality industry qualifications led him to embark on the Princess Cruise lines for 15 years as a food and Beverage officer where he traveled around the world several times providing a vast array of experiences. In the early 2,000’s, Chris’s father was diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer’s so Chris left his position from the cruise lines to spend time caring for his father and to handle the terrible effects of this disease process.
With Chris’s worldwide hospitality experiences combined with his one on one time caring for his father’s needs made Chris the perfect candidate to join the team of Royal Care Management where he treats all of his clients as if they were his own parents with courtesy, care, and dignity.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Isabela Ferro brings a unique blend of excellence, compassion, and strategic insight to the field of elder care. Her journey—from managing hotels to supporting geriatric clients—has taught her that true service goes beyond efficiency; it’s about creating meaningful, respectful experiences that elevate quality of life.
Driven by purpose, Isabela has merged her expertise in management, sales, and guest services with a deep commitment to the well-being and dignity of the elderly. She is a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in Florida and a Certified Dementia Practitioner accredited by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP).
Isabela specializes in care coordination, emotional support, and the delivery of personalized services that honor each individual’s story. With empathy at the core of her approach, she continues to advance her professional development to ensure every client receives thoughtful, high-quality, human-centered care.
